Klíčem k úspěchu je každodenní používání angličtiny. V kurzu se právě tohle děje! Získáte také tipy, jak pracovat samostatně a dosáhnout úrovně B2. Pro zájemce o certifikaci jsou navíc připraveny workshopy.
18.2.-25.3.2025 offline-lze se připojit po dohodě i online ( v případě, že nemůžete offline v den konání kurzů z vážných důvodů)

Na co se vše se budeme v kurzu zaměřovat?
1. VOCABULARY VOCABULARY EXPANSION
Reading: Engage with a variety of texts such as books, articles, and blogs. This will expose you to new words and phrases.
Flashcards and other tools: to help you memorize new vocabulary effectively.
Learning in Context: new words in sentences to understand their usage better.
2. LISTENING LISTENING SKILLS
Watch Movies and TV Shows: Choose content with English subtitles to help you follow along.
Listen to Podcasts and Audiobooks: This will help you get used to different accents and speeds of speech.
Practice Active Listening: Try to summarize what you hear to ensure comprehension.

SPEAKING SPEAKING SPEAKING
Join Conversation Groups: Practice speaking with others, either in person or online.
Recording Yourself: Listen to your recordings to identify areas for improvement.

Develop Your Writing Skills WRITING
Journaling: Keep a journal,
Get Feedback: Share your writing with teachers or language partners to get constructive feedback.
Practice of Different Formats: writing emails, reports, and stories to diversify your skills.
5. Study Grammar and Structure
Use Grammar Books: Books like "English Grammar in Use" by Raymond Murphy can be very helpful.
Practice Exercises: Regularly do grammar exercises to reinforce your understanding.
6. Immerse Yourself in the Language
Travel: Travel tips
Engage with Media: Tips : English news channels, read English newspapers, and participate in English-speaking communities online.
Individual goals : Set specific, achievable goals for your language learning to stay motivated.

B1 Level (Intermediate)
Understanding: Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Speaking: Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
Writing: Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes, and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
Listening: Can understand the main points of clear standard speech on familiar topics.
B2 Level (Upper Intermediate)
Understanding: Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
Speaking: Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
Writing: Can write clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects related to their interests. Can write an essay or report, passing on information or giving reasons in support of or against a particular point of view.
Listening: Can understand extended speech and lectures and follow even complex lines of argument provided the topic is reasonably familiar.
In summary, B2 level speakers have a higher degree of fluency and can handle more complex language tasks compared to B1 level speakers.
